Told across braided timelines, each novel brings Roslyn’s present-day journey into conversation with women from the past whose stories have been silenced, forgotten or reduced to fragments. As their lives begin to emerge, the thread of Wisdom draws past and present together.
These are stories of women finding their voices—and of the men who have the courage to stand beside them as they do.

In sixteenth-century Scotland, where a woman’s words can condemn her and knowledge itself is feared, Margaret “Meg” Drummond learns to live between silence and survival. Raised in a world where faith, power and suspicion are increasingly dangerous companions, she must decide which truths can be spoken—and which must be carried in secret.
Centuries later, Roslyn is drawn into the story Meg was never permitted to tell. As she follows a thread of Wisdom long silenced, she begins to uncover what was cut away from faith, memory and the feminine—and why its absence still echoes through women’s lives.

Generations later, Roslyn follows the ancestral thread Sarah left in her wake. As she recovers a name almost lost to history, she discovers the courage carried through generations and begins to understand how remembering one woman can restore something in those who come after her.

Margaret’s story carries the echoes of Glencoe—of loyalties divided, words spoken and silences passed from one generation to the next.
As Roslyn follows those echoes into her own family story, she begins to understand how blessings and curses can travel side by side. To walk in the blessing, she must choose what she will carry forward and find the courage to heal what was never hers to keep.

Having uncovered what was silenced, remembered what was carried and healed what was passed down, Roslyn must now decide what she will do with the freedom she has found.
Guided by the Spirit of Wisdom, she learns to trust her intuition and recognise the spiritual signposts found in nature and in the patterns woven through her life. As she releases the old scripts that once defined her, Roslyn finds her way home—not to the life chosen for her, but to the life she finally chooses for herself.
