Cookie Policy
What this site stores, and what it does not.
Effective 14 October 2026
This page explains how lynbaird.com uses cookies and similar tools. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
The website is operated by Life Bridge Pty Ltd (ABN 29 132 643 497) of 13 Norval Court, Maroochydore QLD 4558, Australia.
The short version
We do not use advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or analytics cookies. We count visits without storing a cookie on your device. We do not run a cookie banner, because we are not setting a cookie for this.
If we later add a non-essential cookie, we will update this page first.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file stored on your device. Similar tools include local storage in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work. Others remember preferences or measure visits.
What this site uses
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. Their systems may set cookies or record technical logs (such as IP address and browser) so pages can be delivered and kept secure. These are treated as strictly necessary for the site to function.
Typefaces
We load Cormorant Garamond and Karla from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files from Google. Google may process that technical request under its own terms. This is how the site is typeset today; it is not used by us to advertise to you.
The Circle
If you join the Circle, Mailchimp (Intuit) processes your name and email. Mailchimp may set cookies on its own pages if you later click through to manage your subscription. Joining on this website does not place a Mailchimp advertising cookie on the Lyn Baird pages themselves.
Visit counts
Vercel Web Analytics counts visits to this website, including Heart · Mind · Soul. It does not store a cookie and does not follow you from one day to the next, or onto other websites. It can show the page opened, an approximate country, the kind of device and browser, and the site that referred the visit when the browser says so. It does not collect a name or an email address, and it is not used to advertise to you. It also does not record which invitation led someone to join the Circle.
Your browser
The menu and a few small interface details run in your browser. We do not use that to profile you.
What we do not use
- Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok, or similar
- advertising or retargeting cookies
- cookies that follow you across other websites for our marketing
- a record of which page or invitation led you to join the Circle
How you can control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect how some sites behave. You can also use private browsing.
Google’s tools for ads and fonts are described in Google’s own privacy and cookie information. Mailchimp’s are described by Intuit.
Third-party buttons
Links to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn do not load those networks’ tracking scripts on our pages. If you follow the link, you leave our site and their cookies apply.
Changes
If we add a non-essential cookie, or a tool that follows you across websites, we will say so here and, where the law requires it, ask before setting it.
